These shoes are very comfortable and do what the ads say. At first they will feel strange because you have to walk a little different but once you get used to them it is like walking on air. Walk in them every day and you will soon find yourself in better shape with Shape Ups! Try them, I'm sure you will like them!

I had seen these shoes advertised for a few months and decided to purchase a pair for fitness walking but they are so comfortable that I wear them when I go shopping and have several stops to make. I was concerned that I would feel off-balance because of the shoe design but the first time I walked in them it was great. I felt it immediately in my calves and it also causes you to walk with good posture.

I am a nurse and own MBT's which I love but I wanted to try the Skechers. I got these and they are quite comfy. The only thing is they slip on the heel but it did not take away from the comfort factor for a 12 hour shift on the floor. Sizing was very good. SB
