I learned an important lesson with this shoe. If you are or are becoming a serious runner ie. marathoner, go to a running shoe store and get fitted for the proper shoe for your feet.. Save your self time money and pain... I express pain!!! Don't get me wrong Saucony's are the best just not this one for my feet..

Very comfortable shoes, probably good for people with a fairly neutral running form. They're not too pricey and my last pair lasted over a year. Not that I run 100 miles a week in them or anything, but I run.
They're not that great looking, but what pair of running shoe is?

After running in them about 20 miles, I'm really happy with my new Progrid Guides. The cushioning is very comfortable and they provide good support too. Sizing is comparable to the Brooks shoes I've been running in for the past year or so. If I get decent mileage from them I'll definitely purchase these shoes again in the future.
