This stuff works well so far. I was able to rebuild a broken part of a sole on a pair of cowboy boots. I think it is as tough as the original when hardened, but time will tell. I notice the black is hard to find.

This stuff really works. My father in law gave my husband some a couple of years ago. I was looking to buy some more but couldn't find it anywhere. (They use to sell it at walmart)It works great for repairing the sole on shoes. It also works on other things too. I used it to fix a crack in some plastic. It dries clear and somewhat hard. We have used it on rubber bottomed shoes and on hard bottomed shoes like boots. Works fine on either on.

I used this on a split seam on an air mattress. The mattress was flocked so I attempted to shave off the flocking for better adhesion and ended up with not only a split seam, but a hole! This product fixed it and it has been blown up and used at least 5 times and it is still holding!

leather covering, apply to both surfaces and roll with nylon roller, no lift up whatsoever with rounded corners.Use spatula to smear, firmly.
